Clear Connect provides high-quality HD streaming with fast, reliable service. Enjoy live TV, sports, movies, and entertainment with minimal interruptions wherever you have internet access.

No specific internet provider is required. Clear Connect works with any reliable high-speed internet connection. For the best streaming experience, we recommend speeds of at least 25 Mbps for a single device and 75+ Mbps for multiple devices streaming at the same time.

After you sign-up for your 24hr Free Trial service, create your username and password you will have access to the service. The 24hr Free Trial service is available 7 days a week. 
 
Clear Connect works best with Apple devices such as iPhones and Ipads, Firesticks, Smart TVs, Androids, Tablets and Windows app links are by far the best entertainment experiences for your desired devices. 

Setting up Clear Connect is quick and easy. Simply visit our CCTV Setup Guide page and follow the installation instructions for your specific device. Once installed, enter your username and password to start streaming.

First, make sure you have installed the correct app by following our installation instructions. Next, verify that your username and password are entered exactly as they were created during signup, including any uppercase and lowercase letters.

If you’re still unable to log in, clear the app cache, restart the app, and try again. If the issue continues, please contact our support team for assistance.

Each subscription supports up to 4 devices, depending on your selected plan. However, only the devices included with your plan may be connected at one time. Sharing login credentials outside of your household may result in login issues or account restrictions.

Our support team is available to assist with installation, login, and streaming issues. Before requesting cancellation, we encourage you to contact support so we can help resolve any problems.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period. Because digital access is provided immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or previously processed payments.

Yes, there is a network guide on the viewing page at the bottom left highlighted in green with the tab labeled “EPG” (Electronic Program Guide) that will provide information and current channel times and future showings.
 
This area also allows you to add channels to your “favorites list”. You can also go to a future time and click on the center of your remote and click to schedule that future show.
 
Once this is done the time of the future scheduled show will pop up on your screen as a reminder.

We do not offer recording for this service app at this time. You may purchase a secondary recording device if you wish to record your favorite shows.

Buffering is usually caused by internet speed, network congestion, or device performance. For the best streaming experience, we recommend a reliable high-speed internet connection of at least 75 Mbps, along with an updated modem, router, and streaming device.

To improve performance:

  • Restart your streaming device and internet router regularly.
  • Clear your device cache periodically.
  • Limit the number of devices using the internet while streaming.
  • Ensure your device software is up to date.

If buffering continues after completing these steps, please contact our support team for assistance.

A quick fix for channel freezing is to simply leave out of that particular channel for a few seconds and then going back into that channel for a quick refresh fix. The secondary option is to restart your firestick and unplug your router for 3-4 minutes and restart.
Yes! You should restart your Amazon firestick or set-top boxes at least once a week to clear out the cache. 
In order to restart your firestick go to settings, My Fire TV then a drop down menu will appear and click on the restart option.
If your service plan date is off, completely log out of your account and log back in by clicking on the “Logout Icon” in at the right hand corner of the main page. To log back in, re-enter your username and password
It is required that you connect your modem hardware (WIFI).
While the best attempts will be made to maintain the best service possible, some channels may be unavailable due to technical issues or maintenance from the channel providers. Some channels may not work at all. Also, the channel lineup may be changed/modified without prior notice.

YES! The service will work anywhere and any place that has high speed Internet service!
A VPN is not required nor suggested as our service app already has a secure VPN built into the app. We’ve also found that using an external VPN may cause service buffering especially for subscribers with slower mbps Internet speeds. But an additional external VPN is ultimately up to the device owner.
