Clear Connect is one of the best live network service alternatives that offers crystal clear HD viewing. This allows our customers to enjoy the most diverse ways of viewing unlimited live networks with fewer interruptions wherever you are with Internet connections.

Yes, you will need to have a good high-speed Internet service with at minimum 75-150+mbps Internet speeds in case you may have other devices pulling from the same Internet connection source… Please be informed that as you increase the amount of devices connected to your internet service the more your internet speed slows down. You may want to increase your internet speeds if you have gaming devices, computers, cellphones and other internet devices connected at the same time. 

After purchasing a service plan, you will receive an email with your username only. Please write down your password as we do not provide it in your email for security reasons. Your Clear Connect service can be activated after you’ve installed the Clear Connect app on your Amazon firesticks, set-top boxes, android smartphones or android tablets from the installation instruction page and the username and password is entered. 
 
After you sign-up for your 24hr Free Trial service and create your username and password you will have access to the service. The 24hr Free Trial service is only available Monday – Friday. We do not offer 24hr Free Trial services Saturday and Sunday.
 
Please write down your username and password. Also an email will be sent to you with your username only. Both your username and password are case sensitive.
Clear Connect works best with Android, iOS and Windows app links are by far the best entertainment experiences for your desired devices.

Theres no’s need to change any settings as the settings are already integrated into the app along with an integrated VPN. Please make sure the correct app link is downloaded onto your amazon firestick using our installation instructions. Please be sure to enter your username and password exactly how you’ve created it upon signing up. Your Clear Connect login will only work for 1 IP address at a time. If you attempt to pass your login information to another IP address, the service will lock you out indefinitely. You will be required to purchase another month subscription. You will not be refunded for the past subscription payment. You are not restricted from using the service/firestick at other IP addresses. 

We offer assistance for any and all issues relating to installation  and logins. You can cancel your service plan at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service throughout the end of your service billing period/month. We do not provide refunds for any partial-services use. If you cancel your service plan, your account will auto-close at the end of your current billing period/month. All Sales Are Final – No Refunds 
We recommend your Internet speed to be a minimum of 75-150+mbps in order to receive the best experience with the service. Also, for multiple system connections, computers and cell phone devices you might consider upgrading to faster Internet speeds as well as extenders if you have separating walls and stairways.
Yes, there is a network guide on the viewing page at the bottom left highlighted in green with the tab labeled “EPG” (Electronic Program Guide) that will provide information and current channel times and future showings. This area also allows you to add channels to your “favorites list”.  You can also go to a future time and click on the center of your remote and click to schedule that future show. Once this is done the time of the future scheduled show will pop up on your screen as a reminder.

We do not offer recording for this service app at this time. You may purchase a secondary recording device if you wish to record your favorite shows.

We recommend that you to have an updated modem and router that is compatible with 75-150+-mbps Internet speeds. We also recommend having an updated firestick device (2nd generation/4K versions. Do Not Use The 4K Max Device Version!). We also recommend restarting your streaming devices and router at least once per week or once every two weeks, this will clear out your devices cache of backend entertainment downloads to reduce or eliminate buffering.
A quick fix for channel freezing is to simply leave out of that particular channel for a few seconds and then going back into that channel for a quick refresh fix. The secondary option is to restart your firestick and unplug your router for 3-4 minutes and restart.
Yes! You should restart your Amazon firestick or set-top boxes at least once a week to clear out the cache. 
In order to restart your firestick go to settings, My Fire TV then a drop down menu will appear and click on the restart option.
If your service plan date is off, completely log out of your account and log back in by clicking on the “Logout Icon” in at the right hand corner of the main page. To log back in, re-enter your username and password
Clear Connect has a 97% service rating for up-time, however like any other alternative live network service sometimes updates, maintenance, or other technical repairs may be performed.
It is required that you connect your modem hardware (WIFI).
While the best attempts will be made to maintain the best service possible, some channels may be unavailable due to technical issues or maintenance from the channel providers. Some channels may not work at all. Also, the channel lineup may be changed/modified without prior notice.
Each account is specific to the service plan(s) and connections you’ve purchased.

YES! The service will work anywhere and any place that has high speed Internet service!
A VPN is not required nor suggested as our service app already has a secure VPN built into the app. We’ve also found that using an external VPN may cause service buffering especially for subscribers with slower mbps Internet speeds. But an additional external VPN is ultimately up to the device owner.
